Welcome to the Trust First Services website (trustfirstservices.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the HVAC and plumbing services we provide in Orlando, FL and surrounding Central Florida communities.

By using our website or scheduling services with Trust First Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us before proceeding.

Services

Trust First Services provides residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services across Central Florida, including but not limited to:

• HVAC: AC repair, AC installation, heating repair, duct cleaning, and HVAC maintenance
• Plumbing: Plumbing repair, drain cleaning, water heater repair, water heater installation, emergency plumbing, sewer line repair, and leak detection

We serve Orlando and 35+ surrounding cities in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians in compliance with Florida building codes and applicable regulations.

Service availability may vary by location and time of day. Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technician availability.

Service Agreements

Estimates and Pricing

Trust First Services provides free estimates for most HVAC and plumbing projects. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the course of work.

We will communicate any changes in scope or cost to you before proceeding with additional work. You have the right to approve or decline any changes before they are performed.

A diagnostic or service call fee may apply for certain visits. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of scheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and other forms of payment as communicated at the time of service.

For larger projects, financing options may be available. Financing terms are provided by third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval. The specific terms, including interest rates and repayment schedules, will be outlined in a separate financing agreement.

Service Approval

By authorizing a service or repair, you confirm that you are the property owner or that you have authority from the property owner to approve the work. You agree to pay the quoted amount for the approved scope of work.

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

Trust First Services stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all labor performed by our technicians. If an issue arises with the same repair within the warranty period, we will return to address it at no additional charge.

The specific duration and terms of the workmanship warranty will be communicated to you at the time of service and documented on your invoice.

Manufacturer Warranties

Parts and equipment installed by Trust First Services may carry manufacturer warranties separate from our workmanship warranty. The coverage, duration, and claim process for manufacturer warranties are determined by the equipment manufacturer, not by Trust First Services.

We will provide you with all applicable warranty documentation at the time of installation. Please note that manufacturer warranties often require proof of regular maintenance to remain valid. Our HVAC maintenance plans help ensure your system stays covered.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the equipment
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by others
• Damage resulting from natural disasters, power surges, or other events beyond our control
• Normal wear and tear
• Pre-existing conditions not related to the work performed by Trust First Services

Liability

Limitation of Liability

Trust First Services will perform all work with reasonable care and in accordance with industry standards and Florida building codes. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Damage to property not directly caused by our work
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions in your home's plumbing, HVAC, or electrical systems that were not part of the contracted scope of work

Pre-Existing Conditions

Older homes and aging systems may have underlying issues that are not visible until work begins. If we discover pre-existing conditions during the course of an HVAC or plumbing repair, we will inform you before proceeding. Trust First Services is not responsible for pre-existing defects, code violations, or deterioration that existed before our involvement.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the service issue and your property
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Disclose any known hazards, including asbestos, mold, structural damage, or pest infestations
• Keep children and pets away from the work area during service

Cancellation and Scheduling

Scheduling

Trust First Services will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred service date and time. Appointment windows are estimates, and actual arrival times may vary due to the nature of field service work.

We will notify you if delays occur and provide updated arrival information when possible.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a standard service appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Emergency service calls that are canceled after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a return visit, adjustment, or refund at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services provided by Trust First Services will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
